The North of the 45th Parallel show at Northern is worth attending... I have two pieces in it: the ice shanty and the ghost fish.  I like how they look there.

My show of abstractions is up, at the Community Arts Center.  It will be there through June, with a reception during Finnfest, June 22, from 1-3pm.  I have been helping with getting all the other many Finnfest art exhibitions done...a huge job.  It will be a great event!

My studio is in an old elementary school, 801 North Lincoln Drive in Hancock. I love visitors!  I am usually there but please call first: 906-370-3183.  My hours are erratic.

Locally my work is at the Paige Wiard Gallery in Calumet, the Arts Center in Hancock, and in my studio for viewing.  In Madison I am still at the Grace Chosy Gallery, and in Petoskey at the Crooked Tree, and now in Ironwood at the Z Place.

This painting is based a recent series of animals and weather, about the fragility of existence.
The dog is my dog Carmen, who always waits for me.
